Joe Caputo is a founding partner of Secure Net Lease and brings 20 years of brokerage experience to the executive team. Joe has completed sale transactions in 47 states with an aggregate value of over $2 billion. Joe began his career as a commercial agent in San Francisco’s South of Market district during the .com boom. Soon after, he began his net leased brokerage career in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office.
Joe has worked with several nationally recognized brokerage teams in San Francisco, New York, Dallas, and Austin, where he was fortunate enough to learn best practices and was a top-producing agent. Through this experience, Joe forged many key relationships within the net leased world and has amassed a large personal database of West and East Coast buyers and brokers.
Joe was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He developed the real estate bug early, often cold-calling for and attending Mike Ferry weekend workshops with his Mom, who was a residential agent for over 30 years. A graduate of De La Salle High School in Concord, California, Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in 1999, where he studied Business with an emphasis in Real Estate.
Bob Moorhead is a founding partner of Secure Net Lease and brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the executive team. Prior to Secure Net Lease, Bob was the Managing Director of EXP Realty Advisors (formerly Kimco Exchange Place) Dallas, Texas office. While at EXP, Bob was a top producer and responsible for establishing the Dallas office, building the team and platform. Since 2011, Bob has been involved in over 600 transactions with a value exceeding $1.5 billion.
Prior to joining EXP, Bob was a Managing Director with Retail Resource Group, providing sale leaseback, bankruptcy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and real estate services for corporate clients including Blockbuster, Boston Market, Corner Bakery, Einstein Bros Bagels/Noah’s Bagels, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Mattress Firm, just to name a few. Bob led several of the assignments and has been responsible for more than $75,000,000 in savings to his clients.
Bob previously worked in the corporate real estate group for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was a top performer responsible for more than 100 new sites. During his time with the company he was responsible for new store development and portfolio management of Texas markets. He was also responsible for developing and implementing retail market plans, which included site selection, lease renewals, relocations, expansion, and closures to optimize the value of the company assets.
Bob also held Asset and Development Manager positions for Blockbuster and RadioShack. He was personally responsible for the site selection, renewals, lease restructuring, and disposition of company-operated retail locations and managed combined portfolios of over 500 company-operated stores in assigned territories across the United States.
Bob received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Bob is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mike is an Executive Vice President with Secure Net Lease focused on business development, team building and transaction facilitation. Mike has enjoyed a diversified career in commercial real estate spanning 35 years resulting in closed transactions exceeding $400,000,000 in value.
Mike has worked with several of the largest developers in the nation specializing in office and retail development. Mike worked with Granite Properties in Dallas Texas developing class A office projects and negotiating multi-million-dollar lease transactions. Prior to joining Granite Properties, Mike worked for Faison & Associates, Inc. as director of marketing for NCNB Plaza located in Tampa Florida’s central business district. Additionally, Mike has successfully negotiated and closed numerous investment transactions including shopping centers, warehouses and office buildings.

Mike graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Real Estate Analysis. Mike enjoys spending time with family, traveling and playing golf.
Matthew Scow is an Executive Vice President with Secure Net Lease with a focus on investment sales and tenant services. He brings over 25 years of working knowledge and a wide spectrum of commercial real estate experience in all 50 states, including sale leasebacks, acquisitions, leasing, operations, and dispositions.
Throughout his career, Matthew has utilized his team leadership and strategic planning skills to facilitate full market development and hundreds of millions of dollars in occupancy savings for some of the largest national brands in the industry, including Blockbuster, Harbor Freight Tools, and TGI Fridays. During his tenure as an investment sales professional, Matthew has facilitated over 100 transactions generating over $350 million in sales.
With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience and a diverse investment sales background, Ed Benton advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single tenant investment properties nationwide.
Ed started his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2006 and worked at a boutique retail development and brokerage company before joining Secure Net Lease in August of 2019. Ed’s wide breadth of experience working with developers and restaurant operators as well as private and institutional investors puts him in a unique position to provide valuable insight and maximize value for his clients.
While Ed’s brokerage practice has a primary focus on the disposition of properties, he also has an in-depth knowledge of sale-leaseback transactions. His client list includes some of the nation’s largest quick services restaurant operators, and he has successfully executed sale-leaseback programs for them in numerous states across the country.
Anthony Pucciarello is a retail investment specialist, focusing primarily on single tenant new development dispositions and sale lease backs across the country. He has over 10 years of experience in the Texas market.
Anthony joined Secure Net Lease in 2020 from Marcus & Millichap where he started in 2013 as an agent in the Dallas office. Anthony Pucciarello received the Marcus & Millichap Pace Setter award in 2014, an award bestowed upon new agents who meet a high standard of performance during their first 16 weeks following training. He was also award the Hustler award, which represents an agent with a high standard of work ethic and dedication to his job.
In 2016 Anthony received a DCEO Magazine Power Broker of the year award as well as 2017 and 2018. Pucciarello is responsible for business development and client correspondence. Anthony has closed over 70+ transactions in excess of 200 million dollars’ worth of real estate.
Anthony is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Business Communications. There he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, Habitat for Humanity, Young Life and the University Entrepreneurship club. Anthony likes to spend his time with his family as well as hunting, traveling and golfing.
Russell Smith works directly with developers as well as institutional and private investors on the disposition of net leased assets nationwide. Since joining Secure Net Lease, Russell has facilitated over $500 million in net leased transactions.
Before joining Secure Net Lease, Russell was a Senior Associate at MBI Commercial Realty in Dallas, Texas. At MBI, Russell worked with both landlords and tenants in office and retail lease transactions, as well as retail land development. Prior to MBI, Russell was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap and a Financial Analyst with Midas Financials.
Russell attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned a BBA in Finance. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council. In his spare time, Russell enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family.
Alex Tower works directly with developers as well as institutional and private investors on the disposition of net leased assets nationwide. Since joining Secure Net Lease, Alex has facilitated over $400 million in net leased transactions. Previously, he served as a main source for internal and client-facing ad-hoc reporting and analysis in his roles as an Analyst and Marketing Coordinator on over $300 million in net leased transactions for EXP Realty Advisors.
Alex has worked directly with the Managing Partners of Secure Net Lease since 2013. Alex attended Baylor University and Brigham Young University, focusing on Professional Sales and Entrepreneurship at the Hankamer School of Business and Marriott School of Business, respectively. Alex has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent since May 2014. In his spare time, Alex enjoys competing in triathlons and raising money for charitable causes as part of a local cycling team.
James Anderson joined Secure Net Lease in 2020 where he specializes in single-tenant and multi-tenant investment sales nationwide. With more than 5 years of commercial real estate experience, James has developed a reputation for taking an aggressive sales approach resulting in market setting pricing for his clients.
From 2018-2020 James worked for a large investment sales firm located in Dallas. James was recognized as a top producer and awarded both “Rookie of the Year” and “D CEO Power Broker” titles. At his previous firm, James personally closed 14 transactions valued around $40MM dollars’ in sales volume.
Prior to experience in brokerage, James worked for a publicly traded company in the land acquisition and development group.
James earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as Energy Management at the University of Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, scuba diving and watching the Oklahoma Sooners football team in Norman.
Cliff Zimmerman specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets nationwide. He understands the nuisances of industrial, and utilizes his expertise to uncover options that most clients have not considered. Whether it’s planning for strategic growth, saving for retirement or restructuring debt, Cliff’s passion is to help clients achieve their end goal.
Cliff started focusing on industrial assets in 2018 with a top-producing group at Marcus and Millichap – together the team closed dozens of transactions totaling over $300 million within three years. By joining Secure Net Lease, Cliff is able to leverage the company’s expertise and advise investors seeking to break into industrial assets. His success is a testament to his client-centric approach that allows him to overcome complex obstacles and deliver creative solutions.
Cliff attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. In addition to his passion for real estate, he enjoys the outdoors and traveling with family and friends.
John Packwood is a Senior Associate with Secure Net Lease. Since 2008, John has worked on all sides of the commercial real estate industry, including brokerage, acquisitions, leasing, sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, operations, marketing, and underwriting. In his role at Secure Net Lease he represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of Single-Tenant NNN assets.
Jameson Singer is a Broker Associate at Secure Net Lease. He specializes in net leased investments, specifically convenience stores and gas stations. What excites him the most about the real estate industry are the people. An avid traveler and a New York transplant living in Los Angeles, Jameson enjoys meeting people from all walks of life. Developing strong, meaningful relationships is the foundation of everything he does, both professionally and personally.
As an analyst for Secure Net Lease, Eric Alderman is responsible for landlord and prospective client cataloging. He has been with the company since September of 2018 and is currently pursuing his real estate license. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. During his free time he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
Kevin Littenberg is a Broker Associate with Secure Net Lease. Kevin works directly with developers, as well as institutional and private investors, on the sale and purchase of net leased assets nationwide.
Kevin joined the Secure Net Lease team in the fall of 2019. Prior to joining Secure Net Lease, Kevin worked as one of the top Community Sales Managers for one of the nation’s leading home developers, D.R. Horton. During his 13-year tenure, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and marketing process for several multi-million dollar communities throughout the Albuquerque and DFW markets bringing in well over $100 Million in sales. His experience in that high-touch industry taught him that client relations and the ability to solve challenges that create a win-win is key to any successful transaction.
Eric Anderson joined Secure Net Lease in 2020 where he specializes in net lease investment sales nationwide. Prior to working in brokerage, Eric comes from a real estate background helping manage a large portfolio of single family homes in multiple markets across the country.
Eric graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching Texas Longhorn football.
Andrew Dickerson is a Broker Associate at Secure Net Lease. Andrew works with institutional and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets nationwide. Prior to Secure Net Lease, Andrew was a summer analyst at a private equity real estate investment firm.
Andrew graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management, where he played for the Sooners lacrosse team. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing lacrosse, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Oklahoma Sooners football teams.
Kevin Moses recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate concentration.
Kevin joined Secure Net Lease in 2020 to work as a Broker Associate. He is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing databases to support senior brokers.
As an analyst for Secure Net Lease, Preston Schlagel is responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis in support of the acquisition, financing, marketing, and leasing of subject properties across the country. He is currently pursuing his real estate license, to eventually become a broker. He graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and a minor in Business administration. During his spare time, he enjoys surfing, diving, golfing and spending time with family.
Emma Ingram joined the team in 2020 and is the Business Development Manager at Secure Net Lease. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Marketing.
Heidi Appling joined the team in 2021 and is a Marketing Coordinator at Secure Net Lease. She graduated from UT Dallas with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
Madi Martinez joined the team in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator at Secure Net Lease. She graduated from UT Arlington with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Marketing.
